The hotel is situated conveniently near Times Square, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are basic but clean, though I encountered a few maintenance issues during my stay. The Gallivant hotel is perfectly located just a stone's throw from Times Square, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The staff clearly aim to help, and the rooms are quite clean with comfy beds. Unfortunately, the elevator situation and some maintenance issues, like noisy AC units and lack of hot water, can really detract from the overall experience. Dining options could use improvement as well, so be prepared to explore local restaurants for better meals.
